Tickets for the Showcase are available online or at the door in Elmira. If you're buying at the door, it's cash only. I'll be there all 3 days, wearing my Lincolns and Rockets sweater, so come by and say hi! I'm not as scary or terrible as some have made me out to be.

I know some are going to think I'm being a downer but this GOJHL article quotes Tim Simmons are saying 'a huge success with 2400 fans", there was 23 games so an average of just over 100 a game, I wouldn't call that a huge success.

He also says 60 scouts attended, I find that hard to believe...I don't think any scouts showed up to watch teams that have zero players of NCAA interest...scouts can watch players of interest in there team's 50 regular season games.

I ran into one ECAC D1 HC whom I know. Attendance was terrible!

But as the old saying goes...you get what you pay for! With TS, that is EXACTLY what you paid for!
