From rankings and records alone I tend to agree with Port's predictions. I think we will get a more clear picture of how this plays out after each team has played a home game and gone through the "feeling out" process. The west will be looking to make a statement after last year.

The Western Conference probably is the most competitive overall as witnessed by how well London played in the playoffs and the season in general. However, the most powerful teams are in the Mid West and Shoe. Predictions:

Elmira over LaSalle: 4 games to 0
Caledonia over Leamington: 4 games to 0 (with a possible 1 win by Leamington)
