Penalty troubles have always been Caledonia's problem that's just the way they play.
It's just not this year they have lead the GOJHL for a few years.
They gave N.F. 11 power plays Fri. night too. If N.F. p.p. was clicking it might have been closer.
The differs Sat. was goaltening. # 70 scored on himself tried to clear and gave it away and it ended up in the back of the net.
That's were he shot it over the glass for a 2 game suspension and kicked out of the game.
There is one big penalty trouble and that's # 91 another 2 game suspension. I think he's only played a few games without getting kicked out.

Re: Caledonia Penalty Troubles
They had a couple of kids taking bad penalty's earlier this season, they cleaned their games up since though. It looks like the biggest issue the last few games is officials that like to call anything & everything. Kills the flow of the game, and screws up the score, sometimes costing a team a valuable 2 points. Just let them play!

Also looks like the refs have been making a lot more calls in the Shoe this year. Look at our PIM's compared to the West or Mid-West.
