Flyers shine at League Awards

Big congrats to Leamington Flyers Chris Scott on winning the League MVP award, as well as best defensive forward, Flyers also win for best goaltenders, Trevor Wheaton and Michael Barrett, and Piroski and Staff win coaching staff of the year, along with Hammer winning volunteer of the year

Congrats...A little surprised at Scott winning the MVP though. Happy for him, just a little surprised too.

I was surprised as well, but Chris is a great guy and probably the best all around player in the league, from a defence/offence stance. I haven't heard the other award winners yet that's why I didn't post them.

Just looked at his stats...Yeah, well deserved. He had a big season on a balanced team. Congrats to all the award winners.

I always notice Amante & Quick...But MVP's don't always get all the attention, just quietly work hard every night and Scott is proof that people will notice.
