Flyers Make roster change

Flyers have added Joe Ogden from the Soo Thunderbirds NOJHL, Should be a nice addition, his brother played in Leamington a couple seasons back, Welcome to Leamington Joe.

They have also release Alex Derksen in order to add Ogden if my understanding is correct. Unfortunate, I thought Derksen has been one of their most consistent D.

yup, but atleast he still got to go on the cruise, and sets himself up for a good chance of making the team next season. This is a good move by the Flyers.

Adds another offensive weapon, which despite having 4 solid lines, is always a welcome addition. As long as Moore stays in the line up on a nightly basis, I have no complaints with adding a guy who had more than a point per game in the Soo. And if he plays anything like Matt, he'll fit in perfectly.

Agree 100 percent, I hear he is a lot like Matt, hes good offensively and on the defense side as well, type of Players Piroski likes.
