Red hot Fort Erie downs St.Catharines

Post by Port hockey1 »

The red hot Fort Erie Meteors defeated the 2nd place St.Catharines Falcons 4-3 tonight in Fort Erie. The Meteors have been the hottest team in the Shoe for a couple of months now.

Way to go boys! And full credit to coach Hubbert, one of the best longtime coaches in the Golden Horseshoe. :) :smt109

Numbers don't lie. Based on last month or so, I'd say you're right. Better than good chance that Fort Erie knocks off Niagara.

Based on the play of the Canucks in Fridays 7-0 loss to Thorold, it will be a quick 4 straight for Fort Erie.

Fort Erie dominated that game. Welland's goaltending once again saved their bacon.

Fort Erie played as good as they have all season tonight. :)
