Match Penalty

Post by RagingBS »

A Strathroy' player has been suspended for 4 games presumably for the attempt to injure that he was given at the end of the game. Was there actually an incident at the end of the game or was this something the league picked up on when reviewing the game tape? The player in question was given an offsetting misconduct for inciting 4:15 earlier so he would not have been on the ice at the end of the game. With some of the blindside hits that appear to be on the rise this year, video reviews even if there is no call on the play should be used.

Every team if they have video are allowed to send in video evidence for appeals etc. There is a fee for it though every time that I think you get back if you win whatever you are trying to argue. Non refundable if you lose
