Good wishes to Chris and thanks for his dedicated coverage to the Rockets. May not have always agreed with his calls (after all, he IS the opposition's radio voice) but I applauded his enthusiasm and knowledge of the game.

Hopefully play-by-play announcer Chris Soares finds work doing calls for some other team or level. Whether it was ratings, sponsorships, the state of the team, or any of these factors, it is the end of the line for radio listeners. I am positive Chris will receive many well-wishes from across the GOJHL and southern Ontario. Many thanks for the enjoyment of listening to games during the past decade.
He's been doing PBP for the North Middlesex Stars in the Jr C loop as far as I know. Don't know much, only talked briefly with him at Nationals games.

There returning guys aren't very good for starters in my opinion. Need some front office changes for things to change around there.

Could have 2 of the most effective forward lines in the division if the coach was more interested in wins than trying to force feed his kid prime ice and opportunities. Team deserves better. Fans are owed better.

I agree as well, I know one vet that quit this yr, strictly because of the coach, rumor has it, more of the vets are feeling the same way. Rocket fans are definitely owed a lot better. Its a great organization
