Works on my computers too, both at home and at work.

That page uses Silverlight, and this may be an issue for some as that plugin is often blocked for security reasons. Those who still use Internet Explorer probably won't have an issue, anyone using a more secure browser, (Firefox or Chrome) may have it blocked, or at least be warned that it's blocked and asked if you want to allow it.
