Re: Golden Horseshoe Leaving?
Here's a question to ponder. If the GHC is leaving the GOJHL, will the continue to be listed as part of such on PointStreak this season with the understanding that they won't be next season? Or do they simply move the GH to their "own" league from the perspective of Pointstreak. Just curi...

November standings
The standings for the West in the month of November: 1.Leamington(7-1...14 pts) No surprise here. 2.Strathroy (7-2...14 pts) Biggest surprise this season, look out Flyers. 3.Chatham (6-3...12 pts) Lost 2 straight since Davis left, but things will improve. 4.Sarnia (5-4...10 pts) Struggling to win g...

make that 20 shots, still not a great night for the all star. I'm starting to see why brad talks to you the way he does. If you're going to start a topic it would be nice if you covered it without so much bias. You must work for Sun media. The "all star" was making his second appearance a...

What a set of hands this kid must have. A 97 and he has 20 goals in 16 games going into tonight. He's already potted a pair of first period goals tonight to put him at 22 on the season(30 points). Playing in St.Thomas, he doesn't get noticed as much as the kids on the better teams(LaSalle, Leamingto...

Re: Tynan Lauziere a savior in Pelham
Well I didn't have any of those facts. I just thought it was a good story about a goalie saving a team from constant embarrassment.
The trade really fired the Rockets up too. Seeing him & their Captain traded must've woken a sleeping giant.

Tynan Lauziere a savior in Pelham
After becoming known as a more than capable starting goalie last season, Tynan Lauziere got off to a bad start this season. Last season with Strathroy he compiled a record of 14-8 with a 3.15 GAA & .901 SV%. He got off to a slow start this season going 0-3 with a 4.50 GAA & .894 SV%. At that...

Re: St Marys Transactions
It's almost like some posters have only watched this league for 2 seasons? Last season, and this season have been rough, but prior to that it wasn't all doom and gloom. 2012, the only year they didn't make the playoffs in a long time, they were loaded up with 20 year olds, and had a 7-1, or 8-1 sta...

Jake Patterson shines in Maroons debut
Chatham was dominated in the first period in Sarnia & found themselves down 5-2 early in the second period. That's when Bessette was yanked and Jake Patterson made his Chatham debut. It came much earlier than originally expected. It was said that he was a couple of weeks away after being signed....

Your comment flyers...I thought that part would be obvious to everyone. A coach almost always says it has to do with work or family commitments when they don't want to really say what happened.
At least that's what always happens in the Shoe.

I hope he doesn,t take a lot of time getting rid of the rust because ideally the goaltenders should be able to share the load and push each other. The last thing a team needs at playoff time is a burnt out goalie. For myself anyway Welcome to Chatham Jake. This is definitely ideal. Leamington has s...

A player has a better chance playing out till the trade dead line ,and tell his team managers he would like to be traded on friendly leave .Other teams would more consider that as well, but to just walk off and with hold ones work efforts looks bad. no doubt none of them will be back on a lincolns r...

Re: St Marys Transactions
I would venture to say that the Lincs are likely talking to other teams and want to make sure that any trades they make are good for all the teams involved. I'd think that any and all teams are willing to part with players, but it has to make sense for all and not just a fire sale because more play...

Thoughts on Chatham
With Patterson being brought in it makes for some interesting possibilities. The Maroons could part ways with Lucier and have the best 1-2 goaltending in the league...Or, they could possibly trade Bessette. Bessette is a 94 and has very high value with the numbers he's put up this season. Lucier is ...

Should check with the London Jr. Knights for some interesting commentary. Maybe daddy is part of the package. Coaches like his dad leave a mess behind all through...
