Re: KABOOOOOOM!!!!
In regards to the OJ's newsletter/footprint....where are the possible locations? I assume the horseshoe. Can't see the west as travel issues for teams.(Chatham Sarnia Lasalle Leamington....etc

Re: KABOOOOOOM!!!!
Ohhhh....You want them to step down. I actually thought that something did happen that would actually stop the talent drain from the GO ( kids heading west) OJ is a joke. But seriously, what is the OJ's first volley? I must of missed this, unless it's all of their top talent heading south

GOJHL return with fans & arena proposal
I’m sure everyone has read what the GOJHL has prepared and submitted for in arena..... fingers crossed. To me it makes sense,
Masks etc. Thoughts? Also, is Dec 4th for season start attainable or would mid Jan be the best time for season to start?

Re: Starting Date
In my honest opinion. I feel the numbers being reported are inflated and do not show the real picture, especially with the government adding numbers from past months into current daily totals. The biggest stat I feel we need to look at are the hospitalizations, deaths and recoveries. Most of the new...

Re: Cost For Teams
Teams in the West provide bus's for all away games. Also, in regards to sticks some teams allot 2-4 sticks (depending on seniority of player) free, after that you may receive discounts on sticks if you need more. Teams hold golf tourneys, fundraisers etc. to pay for sticks.

Re: OJHL Expansion/ What GOJHL teams will apply for Jr. A status?
What they should of done is merge many of the Good Jr B teams into the OJ creating three conferences. OJ East OJ Central OJ West. Those Jr B teams that decide not to go would create a new league with good Jr C teams making the jump up to Jr B. If they’re concerned about travel simply have two or thr...

Re: GOJHL 2020/2021 Season discussion
Thanks Marcie. As we also know... the situation is pretty fluid and can change on a weekly basis. Hopefully we stay the current course and the government can start to open up quicker than later. I am posting a link from the OHF in regards to their stages. https://www.ohf.on.ca/media/tukpds4s/ohf-ret...

And so it begins.... Buffalo jr Sabres of the OJ taking a year sabbatical due to the current climate, will return for 21-22 season. Which means the Buffalo Regals are not far behind... only a matter of time.

GOJHL 2020/2021 Season discussion

Will the GOJHL look different next Season?
Those organizations that are very tight on their purse strings....will they make it to next season? Will there be teams looking to take a leave of absence? If so, which organizations? Buffalo? Brampton? Caledonia? Ft Erie? If there are teams looking at this, will the league restructure divisions?

Re: Ayr Centennials Purchase Kitchener Dutchmen
Attendance numbers don’t lie....owners must have deep pockets or quite the sponsorship base to keep teams afloat. Be interesting what the sponsorship $$$ will be after this covid19 mess. Question is, will sponsors be able to afford that extra money

And how many show up to the 99er’s game. I can tell ya. Not a whole lot. Maybe 100-150. That’s pathetic as well. I agree maybe retraction is needed. Start with the dissolving of the BS leagues such as the CPJHL and the GMHL. Then start with teams in Junior C and those floundering in GOJHL and OJHL a...
