Playing in a limited role is still development, but only to play more minutes in subsequent seasons. I think you would have to look at a 17 year old still being eased into game situations by playing in those roles as being in the teams long term plans. Likely to replace a departing 20 year old then ...

Which teams in the GOJHL are known for developing players for the next level? I see some teams that may lose a few games but at the end of the season have younger players that have developed to the point where they can play on an OHL roster. In my opinion LaSalle and Waterloo seem to fit this mold m...

Which teams in the GOJHL are known for developing players for the next level? I see some teams that may lose a few games but at the end of the season have younger players that have developed to the point where they can play on an OHL roster. The St Thomas kid will be staying with the Knights. The Knights gave up a lot of size and grit at the trade deadline. That was evident when they played Erie Friday night. The knights need find a solid defenceman that can take charge in their own end more than anything now.

I have to agree with the Shoe on this one. We don't need to become another pay to play league. Why would the commissioners salary fall onto the players? increase the ticket prices by .50 if you need to and its covered with a surplus. I would have thought that maybe a few OHL teams might have stopped in especially ones that are local and/or are struggling to win hockey games

The decision to play Bowen was made by Davis. One has to wonder how many times he can get off with a slap on the wrist. Next time the suspension should be 10 games and a $2000 fine
