Is PS messing up again?
Well here it is 11:30 pm on a Friday night and just checked the results of game 2. Notice that it's still stuck at the 2nd intermission. Considering it was a 7pm start, I tend to wonder why the game isn't finalized and the result posted somewhere on the internet. If it's PS yet again, I really think...

So what was up with pointstreak cause it still does not show a final score. Last I saw was a score of 3-2 and under 5 minutes to go.

Re: Mark Davis a Legionnaire - No Suprise
I know the man knows how to win, and that's what most teams are looking for, but I'm not sure about this move Sarnia. We'll have to see how this plays out. Blades, what are your thoughts on this? Umm ... I agree he knows how to win ... or maybe he's just great at getting a good team and making them...

Re: Flyers even series up
Oh for crying out loud. This is getting childish and ridiculous and I for one am really REALLY weary of it. Zant usually turns up in our forum here once we get to the round robin for the Suthie. Yeah, Zant sometimes says things I'm not too thrilled to read but hey! it's his opinion and he's entitled...

Re: sarnia lasalle game 5
The officiating was consistently inconsistent in tonight's game -- against both teams. Play making and shot selection by some of the Legionnaires just had me shaking my head NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Real heart-breaker when the home team finally got the lead in the game for the first time and then held it for ...

You need at least 3 rinks. Places where I think could hold it is: Midwest: Kitchener Aud (3 Rinks) Wayne Gretzy Centre, Brantford (4 Rinks) Rim Park, Waterloo (3 Rinks) West: Western Fair Grounds, London (4 Rinks) I'm unsure about Lasalle or Sarina because I never been to games there Sarnia has two...

Re: London Tv Station denied access by Maroons
Well according to the rules outlined above if London does deny Chatham their radio broadcast (and they are entitled to if they wish), Chatham can deny London their TV broadcast. That would be some pretty nasty tit for tat. Chatham is the one who first did the denying of any broadcasting. Should Lon...

Re: Maroons one loss away from elimination
I can't speak for others, but having Mark Davis there left a bad taste in my mouth. Can't say that I hate the Maroons as an organization. They tend to be successful often, but the past few years and the "drama" the club has had to deal with may skew the perception of some here. I wouldn't ...

Matt Hore could be back next year (1997 born) Jacob Buch is only 16 (1994 born) Hes one of these players that keep there heads up and is always watching the puck.Great wheels too. Conner Patton sat out the last two games. Ummm .. if Buch is 16 then he can't be a 1994 born player. Which data is the ...

Quarter Final Matchups
It appears that we've played enough games to declare who is finishing in which place and who meets who in the quarter finals. It took an overtime goal to determine spots 5 and 6 between Strathroy and St. Thomas. The Rockets clinched 5th with an OT win at home tonight. This year it's the Lincs who mi...

Seriously … nobody has said Boo about LS beating the Maroons late night, I thought that would be a big deal.. chasing Patterson from the net...guess not I've kind of been wondering the same thing. Re: GOJHL BOARD
Is anybody on this board. Yes, there are some posters who come in here to talk about the teams in the GHC. Perhaps not as many as in the Western Board but that is because this board started out being just a board for the West. Now, we've broadened our scope to include the other two conferences in t...

I am so impressed with Merlin. He's trying to build a team the "right way" in my eyes. I know it's difficult to watch those young men looking so down after each loss. I can totally empathize since I am involved with a lacrosse team that has had a losing record for more than five years. Occ...

I just read in our local newspaper that Sarnia's head coach Dan Rose , coached his 500th game in London last evening. Congrats Rosie! Only best wishes expressed in here, please. I'm tired of the bickering I've had to read in other topics that then lead to the "reporting" of posts because o...

6 Chatham penalties compared to one for Sarnia...Plus a penalty shot for Sarnia. Don't even need to be there to know how terrible the officials are tonight. :smt021 Bushleague reffing. See what I mean? The Shoe is still mentioned as a part of the league in the papers. Same as the standings. Looks like the OHA is a little behind. I see that as meaning that the Shoe is a league of their own -- you know, like what they were before the GOJHL existed. Before the GOJHL, there were thre...

A dick move, classless? Come on. As long as you don't cross the line, fire pucks across or stand there churping . You can use the warm up time however you want to. A dick move is not is not allowing GHL to be involved in the allstar game. No, it's not. Why should a group of people/teams be involved...

Re: Shootouts
IIRC, the West was using shootouts as a means to complete a game before the NHL. Once the NHL adopted it, then I think the Jr A ranks followed suit. Personally, I'd like to see us do away with the shootout. It really is a skills contest of one on one. Last I checked, hockey was a team game. One thin...

That photo on FB has a link to where it is located online at http://www.theobserver.ca/2015/01/06/legionnaires-obtain-master-of-the-crease From the article it says the Masters is replacing Hunter Johnson and that Rose expects the team to trade Johnson by the end of the week. Apparently he also wowed...
