Re: Playoff Predictions
London vs Sarnia - London in 4 London to much depth and fire power for Sarnia to handle. Pretty easy decision here Leamington vs. Komoka - Leamington in 6 Komoka has younger McConnell-Barker in the line up full time and he will help make them deeper. Komoka coach always finds a way to have his team ...

Coaching Changes
Here is a thought with all the coaching firing in the NHL. I looked at our league and wow there has been a lot of changes recently. Coaching changes this year Chatham St. Thomas Last year Chatham Sarnia Strathroy St Mary’s Leamington Komoka Longest tenure coaches would be Lasalle and London Who make...

Affiliation
I’m a little confused here. I thought Jr B teams had affiliation with Jr C teams. Like an NHL/AHL deal. I just saw Blenheim Blades got Matt Cunningham from Sarnia. Wouldn’t Sarnia and Mooretown work together? Not sure how it all works love some insight on it all

Re: Chatham Maroons
Do not know why Leamington would want them back. They turned the season around last year after getting rid of them and Chatham went downhill when they came in. Think they are great players but I do not think they are true winners and bad move for leamington if they are going for it. Rumour I hear is...

Re: Chatham Maroons
Said it since I got on here, Chatham needed a new head coach. Last year he had a stacked team and couldn’t get the job done. Got upset 4-1 in the first round and then went to the paper and blamed the players. The results don’t lie since the coaching change they go 2-0-0-1 against two very good oppon...

Maroons vs London
Looks like both teams need to find some goal tending or learn how to play some team defence. Wonder if the rematch Sunday will be the same case. Have the maroons won a game since the GM change? Is there some issues between management and coaching staff now? Let’s hope Tyler takes over soon to maybe ...

Re: Chatham Maroons
And maybe Chatham wouldn’t need all new players if they didn’t trade them away last year. The young guys are doing pretty good in leamington and Komoka

Re: Chatham Maroons
The thing is it’s not the young players costing Chatham games it’s there so called veterans making rookie mistakes and taking dumb penalties.
It would be nice if us loyal Chatham fans could get an effort from the players like Lasalle.

Re: Chatham Maroons
Chatham should be up around or over a 1000 a game consistently. The fans were dead. There was no noise in the building, no atmosphere. The players didnt even come out with any energy. Just stepping over the boards onto the ice. Looking at the rosters Lasalle is just as young and just as many new pla...

Re: Chatham Maroons
What a sad site tonight at Chatham Memorial. Not a good crowd at all no effort from the players for those die hard fans. Leaders taking stupid penalties. Coach has 0 control of the team they do what ever they feel like it. Time for a change behind the bench and someone who will control the players a...

Re: Chatham Maroons
Let’s Hope so
He has losing the team just like last year. You’d think he would learn from last year but looks like the same thing new year.

Re: 16 Year Olds
Leamington has Darby Lemieux, Thomas Michaud, Josh King, Lucas Fancy and Spencer Lecot (was an AP for the Maroons). These players all would help the maroons roster this year for sure but Chatham doesn’t “Develop” they buy players. Last year Chatham had a big signing day for all their top prospects. ...

Re: 16 Year Olds
Last night Chatham 16 year old forward #61 Blake Boudreau didn’t play. He played Saturday against Lasalle tho. Interesting to see if he plays Friday in St Thomas. They did the same thing to Darby Lemieux last year. He would miss a game then play the next one then miss then play. When he did play I’d...

Isn’t there a rule that a 16 year old players has to play every game and play a minimum of 3 shifts a period?

Re: 19/20 Season Predictions
I overlooked St. Mary’s. Off to a great start to the season good job to that whole organization for turning it around it’s good to see. What’s going on with Sarnia. Both games against Chatham they looked like they were short players? Speaking of Chatham. Was at the Lasalle/Chatham game at WFCU great...

Re: Official Off-Season Signings
Bryar Dittmer signs with the Sarnia Legionnaires after a year of Jr A experience. Another Chatham Kid, the Maroons are missing out on. All the young local kids gone. Really wish ownership would bring in local talent for us fans. Welch gone to komoka, fancy strathroy now leamington, Lemieux off to le...

Re: Official Off-Season Signings
Chatham has signed 2 goalies from out of town again! From what I heard it’s Roccia who started a game for them and got pulled right away and a goalie from the Soo. Not sure if either of these goalies better then local product Brochu who had a stellar year with Dresden but only 1 local lasted the yea...
