Re: London Nationals/Leamington Flyers
I'm just curious, what makes Niagara Falls the best coached team? Having seen them play half a dozen times or so between this year and last. I could see his defensive systems as a 5 man unit and their power play especially had a unique twist to it from most other GO teams I witnessed. 2 big element...

Re: Horseshoe Finals
Wonder who will step in as new bench boss in Welland? If I won a big lottery. I would buy out current owner and have a complete overhaul of that organization. Kids coming in deserve that and it would be a perfect time to do it!

Not sure who is going to win this series? Although, I am pretty certain that the best coached team "Niagara" will win the Sutherland Cup this year.

Re: Leamington Komoka series
Well you have to give credit where credit is due. Horvat and his Boys are having a great run, that series is far from over! Great to see passionate hockey being played! I still think Flyers will prevail, but desire can be a very powerful thing! Lets see which team has it most? Flyers prevail with a...

Well Rocket Girl that is a good point that you bring up here! Crowder is new to Junior B and its Palyoffs.
Experienced coaching really comes out when pressure is on. The wiser usually have that way of calming things down
with a few simple words of direction. Thus keeping the train on its tracks!

Re: Maroons almost toast?
Well we can say, this, that, them at the end of the day the maroons are done! Maroons as a hole need to take this Playoff debacle , brake it down and learn from it hopefully preventing it from happening next season. Go Flyers!

Re: Maroons almost toast?
Yes! That also was a big factor. Good coaches are usually quick to pick up on the fact that they have been handed heartless, washed up players and address that as soon as possible. I agree

Re: Maroons almost toast?
The Coach is self centered, possibly an element of maturity or lack there of? Its not hard to hear it or read between the lines of his remarks or comments about the team, when he's talking about why they lost!

Re: leamington/Chatham trade Quote Post by Love our game » Fri Nov 23, 2018 2:41 pm SK you bring a very valid point in terms of the coaching! Head coach is a headcase! He and his team would benefit from keeping his loud mouth shut, no doubt! Ref's don't forget those guys, especially come playoff time!

Re: Maroons almost toast?
It took facing elimination after falling behind 3-1 for the Coach to express this? “We’ve got a lot of skill and we’ve got a lot of talent on this team, but right now the team that’s beating us is a team that’s playing cohesive and they’re playing for each other and they’re playing desperate,” Makar...
