He is one of the best in the league. He just doesn't bring his full effort every game. It's easy to tell when he's not trying. Only games he has actually went somewhat full out is against st Catherine's. If he put in a full effort every night he would be way to far past everyhody in the standings. ...

You have to remember that Baird and Lauzon are coming from teams where they were 4th line guys. They will adjust quickly however.
