Most teams wouldn't be able to survive long with no revenue coming in unfortunately. Also arenas closed in a lot of communities because of the restrictions.

Easy... Every arena has back doors. Most if not all directly beside the dressing rooms.

You can figure out pretty quickly who it was next time you attend a Canucks game and see who is missing from the bench...

Gate driven league unfortunately so cant see it starting anytime before December just like most other leagues announcing. Plus Border closure does not help with an American team/players in the league. Sounds like its getting extended another month for sure.
