Re: 2018-19 Signings
Without Cali it will be interesting to see what team or teams immerge in the Shoe as strong teams. Many scouts and agents have focused more on the Shoe than the other conferences in the league in past seasons. Personally I always thought the Midwest was the better conference. Niagara Falls looks to...

Here's more info.
http://www.brantfordexpositor.ca/2018/0 ... y-for-city
I guess this is the best way to get a JR-A team. Maybe this is what other owners of JR-B teams that wanted to go JR - A should have done.

Re: Caledonia Corvairs
Caledonia will not have a team next year. I guess they're taking a year off. Personally I don't see them coming back at all. I was happy it lasted as long as in did. I would like to thank ownership and management and all the volunteers trying to make hockey work in Caledonia again. I will miss the b...

Re: Caledonia Corvairs
I see Caledonia is in the Canucks JR. classic tournament. In Aug. 24 to 26 .Posted on N.F. Twitter page Jun 13.
If this means anything at all. You would think N.F. would have confirm this with the teams that are involved.

http://www.cksn.ca/2018/05/maroons-add-veteran-firepower/ I guess Caledonia didn't want to spend any of there 20 year old cards on these three players or maybe these three wanted out don't know. But there looks to be big changes in Caledonia again I don,t see to many guys returning to the team from ...

Kilty Bees are back
As per an announcment on AM1150 radio by team President Tim Wilson today the GOJHL Ancaster Avalanche will relocate from the Morgan Firestone Centre there to the Dave Andreychuk Arena in Hamilton for the 2018-2019 season. The name will be the Kilty Bees, again, and game nights will be Mondays. I jus...

Re: Buffalo, Pelham and Fort Erie Voted Out
Can't see this happening why would the GOJHL vote out Buffalo, Pelham and Fort Erie. More teams more money bottom line. This makes no scenes why not vote out the bottom 3 of the other conferences. Brampton, Brantford, Guelph, Komoka Strathroy and St Marys Don't know much about Buffalo's future. But ...

Re: Caledonia vs St.Catharines, Finals, Predictions
I see Dunda min. of 4 games now. I like St Kitt team more at the start of the season more depth. Beat Caledonia 3 times at the start I think they gave away to many players. To bring in some other players that have not really played that well. Another thing is 3 players worth 6 20 year old cards. I d...

Re: St.Catharines vs Ancaster thread
I have not been watching much Junior B this year but was able to watch the Ancaster/ St Catherines game last night. Other than Savory's goaltending, I am not sure how the Falcons have won two games. Again other than the goaltending this team seems to have declined quite a bit from the past few year...

Re: St.Catharines vs Ancaster thread
Looks like it was quite a game. The difference between St.Catharines and Caledonia is the Corvairs get a lot out of their top players, who are mostly ex chl players. The Falcons haven't gotten much out of the kids they've brought in from the chl. I'm not sure why, but its probably coaching. The Fal...

Is there some trouble in Falcon land. Almost loss to Buffalo and Ancaster took 3 pts out of 4. Took the C and A off players jerseys. Players getting benched. I see on the transactions that Patrick McCabe placed on league suspension for 15 supplemental discipline games. He's already on a 2 game suspension so is that a total of 17 games. Thanks RocketGirl
Wasn't sure how it all works
So Caledonia and St Catharines are both at maxs 9 cards
It will be interesting at the trade dead line.
Both teamS always make changes and Caledonia likes picking up 20 year olds from the OHL

"Development" is what St Catherines did. They started there back up Eberhardt. He's a 17 year old. They have a slow couple of weeks coming up so they gave him some playing time. Which is great no big deal losing to Pelham. It's all about the playoffs any ways. Pelham plays St Catharines ha...

Re: Falcons and Corvairs
Watching the game last night. Re mined be of how Elmira played Caledonia last years play offs. Have the best goalie in the league and take advantage of want the other team gives you. A good PP and PK helps a lot and St Kitts has all three goalie, PP, and PK Still to many penalties in last nights game.
